Improved

3.1
New
- New game data arrives with updates by itself, no restart needed.
3.0
New
- Samara is now MapleQuest Tracker. Your progress carries over.
2.9.3
Fixed
- "Your map name box isn't on the game window": if the minimap wasn't found when Samara first spotted the game, it fell back to an old box you drew once. Samara now looks for the minimap again every 2 minutes until it finds it.
- A search that misses something for a moment (the minimap closed, a dialog in the way) no longer forgets the boxes it found before.
2.9.2
Fixed
- The map could still be read wrong after moving to a map with a wider or narrower minimap: the name was cut short, or a cloud or name tag next to the minimap was read as part of it. Samara now finds the edge of the minimap's title bar every time.
- When the number at the end of a map name can't be read, Samara keeps the map you're on instead of guessing another one with the same name.
2.9.1
Fixed
- Maps that differ only by their number (East Rocky Mountain I to VII) were mixed up: the number is now counted from the picture of the minimap title.
- One bad reading could stop all screen reading until Samara was restarted. Reading now always carries on.
Improved
- Boxes that look unchanged are read again every 5 minutes anyway, so a wrong reading corrects itself.
2.9
New
- Release notes like these, shown before you update and again after.
Improved
- The update prompt is now a panel docked to the bottom of the overlay instead of a separate window that could get lost.
- Samara checks for updates every 5 minutes, so a new version shows up soon after it's published.
2.8
New
- Welcome guide for new players: character, finding the game, the quest log and the handy keys. Settings > Help opens it again.
2.7
New
- Click a guide section's title to fold it away. Samara remembers your choice.
Improved
- Three main tabs, Guide, Plan and Quests, with the quest lists as a light row under Quests.
- Once your quest log has been read, only quests the game offers you are suggested.
- The guide no longer flickers when it updates, and keeps your scroll position.
2.6.5
New
- Samara has its own button on the Windows taskbar.
2.6.4
Improved
- Only your own town's citizen quests are shown.
- Citizen grades follow your level: grade 2 needs Lv 17, then 5 levels per grade.
2.6.3
Fixed
- EXP per hour could show impossible numbers when the small level digits were misread. Your level now comes from the EXP bar itself.
2.6.2
Fixed
- The overlay blinked every 30 seconds while reading boxes you drew yourself.
- The update window could open behind the overlay.
2.6.1
Fixed
- Samara crashed at start when the overlay sat on a monitor left of the main one.
Improved
- After a crash, Samara offers a newer version from the update server if there is one.
